With a background in psychology, an MBA in Business Analytics, and SHRM-CP certification, I combine practical expertise with a people-first approach to help businesses navigate complex challenges and foster sustainable growth. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, hiking, and finding inspiration in nature, which is reflected in the vision of Rooted Growth HR.
